Company information: The customer/investor is entering an agreement with PFO 31 Beeston Road, Nottingham and 49 Bridgeway Centre, Nottingham. All investment and ancillary services are offered via this entity. All complaints may be directed to [support@figtrades.live ] and will be resolved based on the complaints handling policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Fig Trades is the entity of where the merchant has an additional permanent location and conducts business activities in Europe for payment services purposes. These business activities do not include an investment and ancillary services.

Fig Trades is regulated in the EU under MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments). Fig Trades keeps its assets separate from its clients’ assets, in compliance with the regulatory requirements. Clients' assets are guaranteed by the Investors Compensation Fund (ICF), pursuant to Directice 97/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, up to a certain amount, subject to the legal requirements.
